1. The filter of the hydraulic cylinder is blocked by dirt and cannot filter oil: use clean cleaning oil to remove dirt from the filter.
2, the oil level is insufficient, the oil suction position is too high, the oil suction pipe is exposed to the oil surface: refuel to the oil standard position, reduce the oil suction position.
3. There is no paper pad on both sides of the hydraulic oil pump pump body and pump cover; The pump body and the pump cover are not vertically sealed: air is inhaled when rotating: the paper pad is added between the pump body and the pump cover; The pump body is ground with emery on the plate, so that the verticality error between the pump body and the pump cover is not more than 0.005mm, and the connection between the pump body and the pump cover is tightened, and there is no leakage phenomenon.
4. The drive shaft of the hydraulic cylinder is different from the motor coupling, and there is distortion friction: adjust the concentricity of the pump and the motor coupling, so that the error does not exceed 0.2mm.
